APT Medical successfully participated in the MLCTO 2026 in Nice, France, joining leading CTO experts and interventional cardiologists from around the world for one of the field's most influential educational meetings.

Throughout the congress, APT Medical actively supported the scientific program through the pre-congress course, hands-on workshops, sponsored live case sessions, and extensive clinical exchanges, demonstrating its continued commitment to advancing CTO PCI education and innovation.

Expert-Led Pre-congress Course

In partnership with MLCTO, APT Medical supported the pre-congress course, Beyond the Wire: Contemporary Concepts and Practical Solutions in CTO PCI, coordinated by Dr. Alexandre Avran and featuring seven international CTO experts.

The case-oriented program explored contemporary concepts and practical strategies for complex CTO interventions, covering topics including guidewire technology, microcatheter support, crossing strategies, and procedural optimization. Through interactive presentations and case discussions, participating physicians exchanged clinical experience and practical insights applicable to daily practice.

Supporting Hands-on Education

APT Medical was also proud to sponsor the 3rd MLCTO Academy Workshop, providing physicians with opportunities to strengthen procedural skills through structured hands-on training.

Across multiple practical stations, participants explored CTO techniques, device selection, and procedural strategies while gaining hands-on experience with APT Medical's CTO portfolio under the guidance of experienced faculty members.

Live Case Sessions Demonstrate Real-world Clinical Practice

One of the highlights of APT Medical's participation was its sponsorship of two live CTO case sessions transmitted from Centre Cardio-Thoracique, Monaco, and Polyclinique Saint-George, Nice.

The live cases showcased complex CTO interventions performed by internationally recognized operators, offering participants valuable insights into procedural planning, device selection, crossing strategies, and clinical decision-making in real-world practice.

During the procedures, APT Medical's CTO solution—including the Anyreach Guidewire Series, Elong™ Microcatheter Series, and Expressman™ Guide Extension Catheter—was successfully utilized across different stages of the interventions. The clinical performance of the Anyreach guidewire series also generated strong interest and discussion among participating physicians.
